i2c World, Inc. is an off-shore business process outsourcing company registered in the U.S. with offices in New York and off-shore service center in Mumbai, India. We offer various outsourced service solutions to businesses in the U.S. Though cater to businesses of any size, we have been particularly successful in servicing the niche market of small-mid-sized businesses with custom outsourced solutions.

The company was established in 2001 by the ICC Group of companies. The ICC Group was started in the early 1970's as one of the first outsourced data processing companies in existence. Later the company diversified into courier and logistics solutions with ICC Worldwide, and cargo services through Lotus Airways.

The ICC Group is privately owned and managed with over 500 employees worldwide.
